When we designed the itineraries for our small group tours, we wanted to make sure we provided 3 things to our fellow LGBT clients in regards to their accommodations in Quito:
A luxurious place that would keep the package price low,
With a friendly atmosphere, conducive to interaction with the rest of the guys, without kids or obnoxious travelers,
And a combination of the best features of a hotel (privacy, daily housekeeping, amenities) with the best features of a private home (spacious, no check-in/out restrictions, homey feel).
So…we decided to find such space that we could call our own, and design it EXCLUSIVELY for our clients:

3,230 sq.ft. (300 m2) of living space, plus balconies and rooftop.
5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, with king or twin beds (maximum capacity: 10).

More importantly, we don’t have to deal with restrictive check-in and check-out times, nor do you have to re-pack or store your belongings while you go to the Galapagos or other cities in our itineraries.
